• Facilitating the agile transformation of large-scale teams, focusing on agile methodologies, values, and principles
• Leading all agile events such as retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure seamless communication and progress
• Enhancing collaboration not only within the scrum team, but also across the broader scaled framework and entire organization
• Spearheading the continuous development and improvement of the scrum team to reach new levels of efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing stakeholders effectively and maintaining key performance indicators to track and showcase progress

• Master's degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience as certified Scrum Master (ScmS) in embedded software development environment
• Technical understanding and experience in the automotive industry are beneficial
• Knowledgeable in implementing scaled agile models such as LeSS, SAFe
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• Fluent in both English and German languages
• Demonstrates a future-oriented mindset, always looking ahead to the next innovation
